Shipping policy

Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation. 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing time may be extended. Customers will be notified accordingly. 

 

Shipping Locations 

AMA currently ships across india.

For bulk or institutional orders (hospitals, colleges, etc.), shipping arrangements may be customized based on location and order size. 

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Delivery timeline : 7-15 business days depending on location.

Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping Charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

AMA may offer free shipping on selected products or order value (as per ongoing promotions).

Any additional charges such as handing fees or taxes will be clearly mentioned before payment. 

 

Order tracking

AMA works with third-party logistics providers (courier companies) for order delivery.

While we ensure reliable partners, AMA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather condidtions, or unforeseen disruptions. 

 

Delivery Attempts

Courier partenrs will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times.

If the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to AMA. 

Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases. 

 

Delayed or Lost shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us. 

In case of lost shipments (confirmed  by courier ) : AMA will initiate a replacement or refund.

 

Bulk & Custom Orders 

For bulk orders shipping timelines and charges may vary.

Custom-made products may require additional processing and delivery time, which will be communicated advance.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. 

AMA is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
